to be honest it took me about 1 hour to research how to install them and then once I knew it literally took me under a minute to get them set up each door. U spend more time trying to organize the box and its wiring behind the door panels. My biggest suggestion is buy the kit with all the lights I think it’s called the 15 in 1 or whatever, the reason like I’m stuck in now where I bought just the 6 in 1 and after having them in for many many months I wish I had the foot lights or other ones to add on now. I mean maybe u can buy separate? But I havnt had luck finding just the footlights…so it really is just better to have it all n put aside in storage if u dont want them in cause if u change ur mind its as simple as just plug into the box and ready to go

I bought this dreamcolor kit for my 2013 Audi q3, on January 8, 2024.I purchased a knockoff brand from eBay, I have to call it a knockoff compared to this product. (which failed before I even drove the car.)This product, in contrast, is brighter and higher quality. You can see a lot of thought went into it.I will definitely purchase it again. I highly recommend it.

Great wire length , good quality, value for the money, light quality good. The app sucks but it does the job. Reason why sucks because on the app if you select certain colors it will give you s different color due to app glitch

Definitely worth the extra money to move to LED vs cheaper competition using lights, allows tons of patterns, the brightness is great and is more than enough for all lighting conditions, including sunny days, weren’t to hard to in install, app is a bit iffy but closing it and opening it solves the problem, comes with a little button although it doesn’t control the brightness, but does control off and on and even different color effects, also has a interesting startup effect but they are great.

Good set, nice and bright and pretty easy to install!

Installed in 2023 tundra, looks good. Would recommend it. Very good quality and everything is there

Installing the led strips is straightforward if you follow a YouTube video specifically tailored to your car. However, the pixels are initially set incorrectly. To rectify this, you need to access the settings menu and modify the pin sequence to RGB. Once done, the colors will display correctly.

Great kit very bright must have some wiring knowledge. Would definitely buy again!

Full review: First off, quality lights that work great and have a ton of optional patterns/colors.Precautions: if you cut the light strip at an angle then be aware that too sharp of an angle will not allow the strip to emit light in that section. If you 90 degree/straight cut the strip then the light will emit all the way to the end. ***MAKE SURE YOU TEST ALL main and sub boxes with lights before installing. YOU HAVE TO SYNC EACH SUB BOX WITH THE MAIN BOX BEFORE FINAL INSTALLATION. I recommend laying out your entire setup on the floor/ground and make sure all is working as if the entire unit is installed. This also is important so you can see the orientation of the lights patterns. I have mine installed where the lights pan out from the center of the vehicle to the doors or from the doors to the center. You have a bunch of settings to make the lights go in or out. Again, you just want to make sure you install the strips in uniform so you don’t have them going left to right on one side and right to left on the other. For a full custom fit I removed the led door lights and storage lights from their housings. Basically leaving the led board exposed. I then removed the factory door handle and storage leds on my 2021 Yukon and placed the new LEDs over the existing factory holes and secured them in place with hot glue. This way I wasn’t drilling holes in the door panels. Make sure you are using hot glue, double sided tape, zip ties and whatever else is needed to keep wires from just laying in the doors or dash. This way you won’t hear the wires smacking around or creating a rattling noise under the dash. As you can tell in the comparison photos of my rear door the dimmest setting is still bright. The brightest setting will literally blind you. Unless you’re parked and throwing a party inside your vehicle I’m not sure when you would have these lights brighter than the dimmest setting.My only complaints are that I wish the lights were able to be more dim and I wish you could change the start up pattern.If you plan on doing the install yourself and want a full custom fit with professional look it is completely possible, but prepaid yourself for a full day project.I 100% recommend this product.

Lights are very cool. App could use some work but still fun to go through all the colors. Wouldn't say this is an easy install so if you don't have any experience consider having someone install it for you.
